Returns are only accepted if the item was damaged at the time of receiving.
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to apply for a return or an exchange in such cases.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

Damage caused by the buyer is assessed per item. For example, if you ordered 3 items and only 1 was damaged by you, we will still process the return for the remaining 2 items (if they meet the damaged-at-reception condition).

for exchanges You only have to cover the shipping cost, which is 2 KWD

All exchange shipping fees must be paid in advance online by card payment or bank transfer. Return shipping fees can be deducted from the refund amount.

If any damage was caused by the buyer to the products (this does not include packaging), we will not offer a return or refund.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the situation and resolve it accordingly.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and release the refund.
